This Cupping Event focuses on China's most famous green tea. Historically, authentic Dragon Well (Long Jing) only comes from the West Lake (Xi Hu) district of the beautiful city of Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province. One of the favorite teas of Qing Dynasty Emperor Qian Long, these teas come from the famous historic gardens as well as some more recent yet nearby areas. Cuppers will evaluate 8 different teas plucked both before and after the Qing Ming date (April 4-7). Regions included, in no particular order are:

Meijiawu • Long Wu • Shi Feng • Long Jing • Fuyang • Xinchang • Xianju
